Course Description:
Summer holiday presents a valuable opportunity to make up for what has been missed and to address educational and moral gaps—especially for our children living in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other countries abroad. They live in societies whose cultures have a strong influence on them.
That’s why the program aims to instill essential principles in children and youth, using engaging methods such as storytelling and open discussions. Key topics of the program include:
- Courage: Understanding its various types and when we need it in our daily lives.
- Role models: Who true role models are and how to draw inspiration from them.
- Guidelines: The importance of having guidance before making decisions or taking action.
- Determination and perseverance: How to cultivate persistence and stay committed to goals.
- Tongue pitfalls: Recognizing harmful speech and choosing better alternatives.
- Spiritual Heart Diseases: Identifying them and learning how to purify the heart.
- Lessons from the Qur’an: Connecting its teachings to real-life applications.
- Stories of the Prophet: Extracting meaningful insights from his life.
- Stories of the Companions: Learning morals and lessons from each narrative.
- Prayer: Ensuring we perform it correctly and understand its details.
- Thankfulness: What it means to be grateful and how to truly express appreciation for the blessings Allah has given us.
Course Information:
- This is an online class.
- Course is 32 sessions, two sessions per week on Sundays & Tuesdays.
- Session duration is 1 hour.
- This course is for kids and teens (Separate groups).
